Dear guests, dear Gletscherblick friends,
today we would like to warn you about fraudulent messages in the hotel industry. These messages are often sent by email and may contain details of an existing booking. Frequently, you will be asked to confirm the booking or booking changes and/or enter payment or credit card details via an external link.
As some of our guests have also been affected by such messages, we would like to ask you not to respond to such requests. We would also like to inform you that we cannot generate payment links and will never ask you to make such a payment via a link.
