Where the honey flows...

Our bees have been particularly busy this year, bringing back lots of nectar and pollen from the flower-rich slopes of the Arlberg. Sophia has just finished harvesting the full combs and is delighted with the excellent harvest. We guard this sweet delicacy like a treasure!

You can taste the mildly aromatic alpine rose and blossom honey in our homemade desserts, for example, which Sophia loves to conjure up.
