The Alpin Gourmet Stube has just six beautifully set tables. In this intimate setting, our service team led by restaurant manager and sommelier Robin Schultz personally attends to each guest. Designed in Alpine chic style, the parlour accentuates local and international refinements as prepared by top chef Paul Markovics. The hallmarks of his kitchen: Quality without compromise and a casual crossover of styles and flavours.
