Before your arrival, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 30% to secure your booking. You can pay this either by bank transfer to our account or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard). The remaining balance can be paid conveniently on the day of departure.

We accept cash payments and card payments (Visa, Mastercard, EC card) during your stay. Bank payments and transfers to our account are accepted before your stay, no later than one day before departure. We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not accept AMEX and therefore cannot process payments with your AMEX card.

For your winter holiday from December to April the following cancellation conditions apply:

• up to 2 months before arrival – free of charge
• 2 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% cancellation fee
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
• final week before arrival – 90% cancellation fee
• on the day of arrival or in case of early departure – 100% cancellation fee

For your summer holiday from June to September the following cancellation conditions apply:

• up to 3 weeks before arrival – cancellation free of charge
• 3 weeks to 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
• final week before arrival – 90% cancellation fee
• on the day of arrival or in case of early departure – 100% cancellation fee

St. Anton am Arlberg is easily accessible via the Inntal Autobahn (A12) and the Arlberg Schnellstraße (S16).

From the direction of Innsbruck or Garmisch: drive to the E entrance (Nasserein), approximately 100 m before the Shell petrol station, and turn right. After about 100 m (Hotel Nassereinerhof), turn right into our district of St. Jakob. After a further 800 m, you will find our hotel on the left side of Dorfstraße.

From the direction of Lindau or Bregenz – via the Arlberg Pass: approximately 100 m after the petrol station – again take entrance E (Nasserein) – turn left and follow Dorfstraße to the hotel.

Yes, you need a digital vignette for Austria’s motorways. You can purchase one in the ASFINAG online shop. Use the route planner to check your journey and see whether a vignette is required. Please note that vignettes can only be purchased online and no adhesive stickers are available anymore.

If you are travelling in a rental car, please check with the rental company whether the vehicle already has a valid digital vignette.

During check-in, our car parks are available directly in front of the hotel. After check-in, we will be happy to park your car free of charge in our underground car park. For this, our free parking service is available to you. 

During your stay, two charging stations are available in our underground car park for a small additional fee.

Travel comfortably with the trains of ÖBB, DB or SBB to St. Anton am Arlberg.
The station is located right in the town centre and is only a few minutes by car from the Gletscherblick Hotel.
We will be happy to collect you free of charge from the station in St. Anton am Arlberg with our hotel bus. 

Yes, we offer a complimentary shuttle service from St. Anton am Arlberg station for our hotel guests. 

We recommend Innsbruck Airport or Zurich Airport. We would be happy to assist you with organising a taxi transfer or travel by train/bus.

We are happy to provide you with baby cots, high chairs, changing mats and baby monitors during your stay. 

Of course you are welcome to bring your dog on holiday with you. We always look forward to welcoming four-legged guests.
We ask for your understanding that animals are not permitted in our dining and wellness areas. Please bring your pet’s favourite food, as we do not provide any pet food.

We charge 24 € (in winter) or 18 € (in summer) per pet per night, excluding food. Please bring your pet’s favourite food, as we do not provide pet meals.

After an action-packed day in the mountains, unwind in our Alpin Spa (swimming pool) and Alpin Vital (sauna area) with relaxing hours for body and mind. Each room is equipped with a wellness bag containing a cosy bathrobe and sauna towels, which you can use during your stay. Slippers are available on request at reception.

A cancellation of your massage is free of charge if made 24 hours before your appointment.

Our massage room is located on the 1st floor next to the swimming pool. For the best possible relaxation, please take a seat on the grey sofa on the 1st floor 5 minutes before your appointment.

Our luxury half-board package and our wellness area provide the perfect setting for rest and enjoyment! From your first coffee in the morning to your final sauna session in the evening, we ensure you can simply enjoy.

  For a little hunger in between, we offer you a daily small snack with bread, bacon and cheese, as well as warm and sweet dishes that change daily.

All breakfast drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), as well as our tea bar in the sauna area in the afternoon, are naturally included.

During your stay, including the luxury half-board, you can enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at our restaurant. If you would like to dine out at some point, just let us know in good time and we will offer you a €15 reduction per person.

We are happy to offer you vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives at both breakfast and dinner. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot offer vegan options.

For a carefree holiday, please let us know about any allergies or intolerances before your arrival.

Yes, on request, a stay at the Hotel Gletscherblick is also possible without half-board, depending on the season. You can also book our chalet with self-catering.

The boutique hotel Gletscherblick is located in the quiet district of St. Jakob, just a few minutes from the village centre of St. Anton am Arlberg. With the nearest cable car, the Nassereinbahn, you can reach the centre of the Ski Arlberg ski area directly. This gondola is about 800 metres away – roughly a 10-minute walk or approx. 3 minutes by free ski bus.

Yes, there is a free ski bus. It stops outside the hotel (Bach stop) and takes you to Nassereinbahn in just 3 minutes or to the village centre in around 8 minutes.

Suitable ski courses for adults can be found at Skischule A-Z, Arlberg Classic or Skischule Arlberg. Book your ski course, snowboard course, technique training, etc. directly with the respective providers. 

Yes, at several ski schools you can book private lessons for adults and children. We will be happy to help you arrange private ski lessons with a local ski instructor. Feel free to contact us.

Every ski school also offers suitable ski courses for children. We particularly recommend the Arlberg Ski School, as it has its own children’s play area, lunch supervision and care for toddlers.
