Paul Markovics / Chef
Born in Lower Austria and with two decades of Arlberg experience, he has been head chef at the Gletscherblick since 2016. His passion for excellent and creative dishes and his attention to detail is in every dish! In 2025, his cuisine was awarded a MICHELIN star and in 2026 4 toques by Gault&Millau!

Lara / Reservation & Marketing
Since 2023, Lara has been taking care of our guests' wishes and organising dream holidays for skiers and mountaineers. With a lot of inspiration and knowledge from the cultural sector, she is the brains behind our marketing.
